Terms of Service

Flowgraph generates infographics and banner images from content you provide. We offer it as-is and may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

You keep ownership of the content you submit and of the images you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your content only to produce your requested output. Don't submit content you don't have the rights to use.

• No unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content.
• No attempts to overload, probe, or circumvent quota and security controls.
• No reselling the raw generation API as your own service.

Use is subject to generation limits — a small free daily allowance for anonymous use, and a credit balance for signed-in accounts. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and generation results depend on upstream model behaviour.

Each generation costs one credit. Credits are a prepaid allowance for the service — they are not money, carry no cash value, earn no interest, are non-transferable, and never expire. New accounts receive a small starting grant; additional credits are sold in packs whose price and size are shown at checkout and charged in US dollars (USD). By purchasing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method (currently PayPal) for the amount shown.

Prices are stated exclusive of taxes. Any sales tax, VAT, or similar charge that applies to your purchase will be added at checkout or collected by the payment processor where required.

Credits are digital content delivered immediately. Unused packs may be refundable for a limited time, and using a credit waives any statutory withdrawal right for that order. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Credits are issued only after a payment succeeds; a failed or reversed payment voids the corresponding credits. For an order whose credits have been used, opening a chargeback or filing a fraudulent dispute may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining balance. Please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster.

To purchase credits you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By buying, you confirm that the payment method is yours and that the details you provide are accurate.

Generated images are produced by automated models and may contain inaccuracies. Review output before publishing. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowgraph is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flowgraph operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive authority over any dispute. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
