Refund Policy

One credit produces one generation. New accounts start with a few free credits, and you can top up in packs at any time. Credits are a prepaid allowance for the service — they are not money, carry no cash value, are non-transferable, and never expire.

Credits are digital content that we make available to you immediately. Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase (for example, the 14-day right for consumers in the EU/UK), you agree that performance begins as soon as your purchase completes, and that by using any credit from an order you expressly consent to immediate delivery and lose that right of withdrawal for that order.

If you change your mind, you can request a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase, provided that none of the credits from that order have been used. We refund to your original PayPal payment method.

As soon as you spend a credit from an order, that order is considered used and is no longer refundable — including any remaining credits in it. This is standard for prepaid, instantly-delivered digital goods.

You are never charged for a generation that fails. If a generation can't be produced, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. If you ever believe a credit was deducted in error, contact us and we'll make it right.

Email hello@flowgraph.app with your PayPal order ID and a short note. We aim to review eligible requests within 5 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.

If something looks wrong with a charge, please reach out first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute. Opening a chargeback for an order whose credits have been used, or filing a fraudulent dispute, may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any remaining credits.

We may change pack prices over time. Changes never affect credits you've already purchased. See the Terms of Service for the full billing terms.
