Privacy Policy

Flowgraph turns the content you provide into images. This policy explains what we collect to make that work, what we don't, and the choices you have.

01

What we collect

  • Content you submit — the text, URLs, or documents you paste or upload so we can generate a visual from them.
  • Account details — if you sign in, your email address and (optionally) display name, via email-password or Google sign-in.
  • Usage signals — a coarse daily generation count tied to your IP or account so we can enforce fair-use quotas.
  • Transaction records — if you buy credits, the order id, amount, currency, time, and status, so we can reconcile payments and handle refunds.
02

How we use it

Submitted content is sent to our image-generation pipeline solely to produce the infographic or banner you requested. Account details identify your session and let us save your generation history. Usage signals power quota limits — nothing more.

03

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use your submitted content to train models of our own. Generated images you create belong to you.

04

Third parties

To deliver the service we rely on infrastructure providers (hosting, the model proxy), Google for optional sign-in, and PayPal for payments. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function and is bound by its own terms.

05

Payments

Credit purchases are processed by PayPal. Your card or PayPal account details go directly to PayPal under their privacy policy — we never see or store them. We retain only the transaction records described above, to reconcile payments, process refunds, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

06

Retention

Signed-in history is kept until you delete it or close your account. Anonymous quota counters reset daily. Transaction records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account and its history at any time.

07

Your choices

Use Flowgraph anonymously without an account, sign out at any time, or contact us to access or delete your data. Because much of the service runs without identifying you, the simplest privacy control is simply not signing in.
